Injection Grouting Engineering

  1. Inspection: First inspect the damaged parts, determine the location, size and estimated leakage path diameter of leakage or cracks.

  3. Drilling: Use professional tools to drill around the leakage parts, and adjust the diameter and depth of the holes according to the size and depth of the leakage parts.
  4. Install needle valves: Insert needle valves into the holes and ensure the needle valves maintain close contact with the holes.
  5. Grouting: Use high-pressure grouting equipment to inject waterproofing materials into the needle valves, filling the cracks and holes from the leakage location.
  6. Hole repair: After the grouting materials are completely cured, remove the needle valves and repair the holes, such as: using cement slurry or other materials for filling.
  7. Wait for curing: After the grouting materials are completely cured, remove the needle valves and carry out corresponding surface treatment.
